I simply cannot say enough about the work John Griffin did for me on a very difficult transaction. He was highly informed and competent in managing a complex, detailed, confusing and changing bank process. In fact, I think he could easily teach other brokers and clients about short sales and how to successfully manage them. He kept me informed every step of the way and followed through promptly and completely on his end.

There were several times when it looked like a sale simply would not go through given the difficult and changing requirements of the banks involved. John persevered and work very closely and sensitively with the bank representatives, gathering critical information and following up with their continuing requests for information.

In fact, there were times when John and I felt like Sisyphus rolling the proverbial rock up a hill. To my ever-increasing admiration, John kept rolling that rock.
